Advocacy status

Daveigh's Law is a grassroots advocacy initiative and proposed legislative framework. It is not enacted legislation, a government agency, a union, a law firm, a healthcare provider, a crisis line, an official reporting body, or an emergency service.

Information and tools

Website content and tools support education, organization, discovery, and personal documentation. They do not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, investigative, or evidentiary advice. Qualified professionals should review decisions and records when the stakes are significant.

Emergency support

For immediate danger, a crime in progress, or a medical emergency in the United States, call 911. For emotional or crisis support, call or text 988. The advocacy tools and social-media account are not monitored as emergency services.

Private-record limitations

A generated record reflects information entered by the user. Daveigh's Law does not independently verify it. A SHA-256 fingerprint can identify exact digital content and reveal later alteration; it does not prove truth, authorship, chain of custody, event timing, admissibility, or legal sufficiency. File metadata can also be incomplete or altered.

Encrypted browser vault

The encrypted vault is an optional convenience, not a guaranteed archive. The passphrase cannot be recovered. Browser storage may be erased, unavailable, compromised, or exposed on a monitored device. Maintain a separate secure backup when preservation matters.

Independent resources

Listed resources are independent organizations. Inclusion supports discovery and does not imply endorsement, partnership, control, guaranteed eligibility, confidentiality, availability, or outcomes. Confirm current details and privacy terms directly with the provider.

Accuracy and updates

Resource information is reviewed periodically, yet services can change. The review date identifies when the app's links and public contact information were last checked; it is not a guarantee of future availability.

Respectful use

Visitors may share public campaign pages and materials for educational and advocacy purposes while preserving attribution and context. Daveigh's name, memory, and the experiences of child performers should be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
